Hello, my name is Galen.

Introduction

I am from Virginia Beach, Virginia, currently residing in Norfolk, Virginia while attending Old Dominion University (ODU).

Fun Fact:

I’m the kind of person who always has a little side project going, even if nobody asked for it.

Education

I went to Frank W. Cox High School in Virginia Beach, graduating in 2022. I participated in a program to attend the Advanced Technology Center, sponsored by Tidewater Community College, for my junior and senior years, Then starting my attendance at ODU that fall semester of 2022. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity with a minor in Computer Science, then planning to continue my education with a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity. Hobbies

Being from the beach area I enjoy various outdoor activities, such as surfing, biking, and skateboarding. My parents always took me on hikes and camping trips which fostered my love for nature and the outdoors even further. My dad, in particular, also loved snowboarding, so I spent many winters on the slopes learning to snowboard as well.
